Bingo Volunteers      
         2011-2012          

Hi, I am Pete Ceneviva and will be serving as the Newark Catholic Coordinator for the school year 2011-12. This will be my first year as replacement for Matt & Dee Ghiloni. They had a successful 2 years as coordinators and I hope I can continue the tradition. I ask for your patience and above all your support (especially by volunteering your time).

In order for bingo to continue to be successful and for tuition to remain at a minimum, I need your help with the following:

• Parents must sign up to volunteer / help, and then report according to the posted schedule;
• If you are not on a team or scheduled to work, contact one of the captains for your class;
• If you have a conflict, work out a trade with someone and then notify your captain;
• An average of fourteen workers per session is desirable, so please get on a team if you haven't already;
• Don't wait until the end of the school year and expect to make up your hours, because that won't be possible.

We learned in the past that too many people showing up in March, April, and May was unproductive and not fair to those who worked earlier in the school year.

Special Instructions:  If you have a scheduling conflict with a time you signed up for,

• Please work out a trade with someone as your first course of action. 
• Then follow that up with notifying your captain.

Bingo is the most successful fund raiser for the school!

• Proceeds from this fund raiser for the last nine years have been successful due to active participation and aggressive instant sales.
• It is easily recognizable that the teams that average fourteen to sixteen members produce more money.
• Bingo has kept your tuition at a minimum, so if you're not on a team or scheduled, get on board.
• You'll have fun; Pete guarantees it!
